Khalid Shibeeb AlKhaldi is a long-time educator and business person. He has worked in a range of high-ranking roles in a number of industries over the course of his rich career, including petroleum technology, computer programming, and computer information systems. He has a great deal of experience in high-level training, and has provided such training for public and private clients alike.
AlKhaldi has written this book in the conviction that it can improve customer satisfaction and trust via the positive, respectful, and honest customer-serving teams its content seeks to cultivate. Teams with positive self-images are the reason customers come back again and again.
